About Kelly

Kelly earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and a Master of Science degree in Counseling from Emporia State University in Kansas. She is also certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners (ACHE) and is working toward certification as a Life Coach. Kelly has over 25 years of experience teaching and counseling individuals of all ages. Her experience includes many years of teaching in the public school system and working with clients in her hypnotherapy practice in the Wichita area.

Kelly first became interested in hypnosis about 25 years ago during a conversation with a good friend who described the wonderful benefits she received from hypnosis, which included becoming a nonsmoker and developing a healthier lifestyle. This friend had decided to pursue a career in hypnotherapy, and Kelly had a couple of sessions with her as a client to develop a success mindset. Right away, Kelly noticed the benefits of hypnosis which included more focus, less anxiety, and restful sleep.

A few years later, Kelly developed chronic pain, due to a neck injury, and decided to seek hypnotherapy for pain management. That is when she met Patrick Coleman, in Oklahoma City, who would eventually train Kelly in hypnotherapy. Through hypnosis for pain management, Kelly was not only able to get her body in a more comfortable state throughout the day, but she also experienced less anxiety and better sleep. In 2010, following her sessions with Patrick, she completed 350 hours of training to become a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. Kelly worked part-time in her hypnotherapy practice for a few years while working as a full-time special education teacher.

In 2023, Kelly retired from teaching and now devotes more time to helping individuals meet their personal and professional goals through hypnotherapy and coaching. Kelly is a passionate individual who loves inspiring others to make positive behavioral changes and to live their best lives. Outside of her career, Kelly enjoys being active and spending time with family and friends.
